“حالت بحرانی سد‌ها و بحران آب در ایران: یک مشکل پیچیده‌ی متشکل از عوامل چندگانه

بحران آب در ایران یک مشکل پیچیده ومتشکل از عوامل چندگانه است که از تغییرات اقلیمی تا مدیریت نادرست آب می‌توان به عنوان علت‌های اصلی آن نام برد. به گفته سمیه رفیعی، رئیس فراکسیون محیط زیست مجلس، میزان ورودی آب مخازن سد‌های کشور در سال آبی ۱۴۰۳ در مقایسه با سال قبل ۳۷ درصد کاهش یافته است و همچنین حجم آب موجود در مخازن سد‌ها نیز نسبت به سال قبل از آن ۱۸ درصد و نسبت به متوسط ۵ ساله ۱۵ درصد کاهش نشان می‌دهد.
از خصوصیات بحران آب در ایران، می‌توان به موقعیت بحرانی ۵ سد استان تهران اشاره کرد. درصد پرشدگی این سد‌ها ۳۳ درصد کمتر از میانگین ۵ سال گذشته است و در حال حاضر تنها ۲۴ درصد مخازن این سد‌ها پر شده‌اند. علاوه بر این، آب معادل برف بالادست این سد‌ها نیز نسبت به سال گذشته بین ۴۷ تا ۵۴ درصد کاهش نشان می‌دهد که این امر وضعیت بحرانی را برای آب استان تهران رقم می‌زند.
شیوه‌ی مدیریت نادرست آب در ایران، یکی از عوامل مهم در این بحران است. این مدیریت شامل تغییر نکردن الگوی مصرف آب در حوزه‌های شرب و کشاورزی، مدیریت ناصحیح در حوزه کاشت محصولات کشاورزی آب بر و عدم استفاده از فناوری‌های جدید آبیاری زمین‌های کشاورزی است. علاوه بر این، عدم سرمایه‌گذاری مناسب برای بازچرخانی آب و استفاده از فناوری‌های جدید و مدیریت نامناسب در حوزه دپلماسی آب نیز موجب شده است که کشور در حال حاضر درگیر بحران جدی آب باشد.
علاوه بر این، وضعیت سفره آب‌های زیرزمینی کشور به دلیل برداشت‌های بی‌رویه بسیار اسف بار است. ۳۰ استان کشور درگیر پدیده فرونشست زمین هستند و همین برداشت‌های بی‌رویه و‌بی‌ضابطه بدون نظارت موجب این امر شده است.
بسیاری از تالاب‌های کشور نیز به کانون گرد و غبار تبدیل شده‌اند. از ادعای رئیس فراکسیون محیط زیست مجلس می‌توان در آن بنمایید که بر اساس آمار‌ها ۶۶ درصد تالاب‌های کشور به کانون گرد و غبار تبدیل شده‌اند.
در حوزه تولید برق نیز بر اساس گزارشات وزارت نیرو بیش از ۱۲ هزار و ۵۰۰ مگاوات از نیروگاه‌های برق‌آبی کشور با کاهش تولید مواجه شده‌اند. این کاهش تولید برق در شرایط ناپایدار قرار می‌گیرد و عملا بهار و تابستان امسال شرایط بسیار ویژه‌ای در کشور به لحاظ آب و برق داریم و هیچ راهی بجز رعایت کردن الگو‌های مصرف توسط شهروندان برای گذر از این شرایط نیست.
