بانک ملی ایران در روند خروج از بنگاهداری گام موفقی برداشته است: واگذاری 100 درصد سهام نکاچوب
بانک ملی ایران با تلاش برای اجرای سیاست‌های کلان دولت و الزامات وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی، فرآیند خروج از بنگاهداری را جدی‌تر دنبال کرده است. با این افزودن، 100 درصد سهام شرکت نکاچوب، از شرکت‌های زیرمجموعه هلدینگ آینده پویا، واگذار می‌شود. این واگذاری بر اساس مصوبه کمیته سازماندهی سهام و واگذاری شرکت‌های بانک ملی ایران انجام می‌شود و شرایط ویژه‌ای برای آن در نظر گرفته شده است.
شرایط ویژه این واگذاری شامل حداقل بخش نقدی و حداکثر اقساط بلندمدت همراه با یک سال تنفس برای متقاضیان است. این شرایط تا حد ممکن فرآیند انتقال مالکیت را تسهیل می‌کند. متقاضیان واجد شرایط می‌توانند از 20 اسفند 1403 با مراجعه به سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت (ستاد ایران) در این مزایده سراسری شرکت کنند.
بانک ملی ایران با این اقدام مهم در کاهش تصدی‌گری و تمرکز بر مأموریت‌های اصلی بانکی گام به جلو برداشته است. در این راستا، برنامه‌ریزی برای واگذاری سایر بنگاه‌های دارای اولویت در سال 1404 ادامه خواهد یافت. این برنامه چشم‌اندازی آینده‌نگر برای کاهش وابستگی بانک به بنگاه‌ها دارد و نشان می‌دهد که بانک ملی ایران در جهت تقویت اساس عملکرد خود، تلاش خواهد کرد.
شرکت سهامی نکاچوب که در سال 1348 تأسیس و در سال 1351 در اداره ثبت شرکت‌های ساری به ثبت رسید، یکی از شرکت‌های فعال در حوزه صنایع چوبی کشور محسوب می‌شود. این شرکت در زمینه بهره‌برداری از جنگل‌ها، اجرای طرح‌های جنگلداری و تولید فرآورده‌های چوبی مانند نئوپان ساده، نئوپان ملامینه، تخته چندلا و روکش فعالیت دارد. واگذاری این شرکت، گامی دیگر در مسیر کاهش تصدی‌گری بانک ملی ایران و تمرکز بیشتر بر فعالیت‌های بانکداری و اقتصادی است.
برآیند این اقدام، تقویت ساختار داخلی بانک ملی ایران و کاهش وابستگی به بنگاه‌ها به‌ویژه در عرصه‌های غیربانکی است. این گام می‌تواند تحولی مثبت در دستیابی به توسعه اقتصادی کشور بوجود آورد. ایجاد شغل‌های تازه، انعطاف‌پذیری در بازار، و بازتولید نهادهای اقتصادی ازجمله از پیامدهای مثبت این واگذاری هستند.
